Assistant Chief Financial Officer (ACFO)


Duties & Responsibilities

  • – Assist and support the CFO in ensuring that all the companies accounting operations are accurate and timely records and control functions of all departments.
  • – To ensure that the organization’s financial resources comply with all relevant regulations, laws and reporting requirements.
  • – Supervise and coordinate the month-end close to ensure timely compliance with reporting timetable.
  • – To ensure a regular audit of all company accounts, records, and transactions.
  • – To assist the CFO in preparation of financial budgets and re-forecast.
  • – To review the correctness of accounting entries and reports.
  • – To assist the CFO in preparation of financial budgets and re-forecast.
  • – To assist the CFO in establish accounting manual, policy, and procedures.
  • – Supervise all day-to-day accounting activities.
  • – To handle ad-hoc assignments as required.


  • Thai national, age not over 40 years old
  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Accounting or Business related field from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 5 years in financial/accounting experience
  • Good knowledge of Thai Accounting Standards
  • Good knowledge of taxation
  • Proficiency in using MS Office
  • Strong analytical as well as interpersonal communication skill
  • Good command of English
  • Positive attitude
  • Well-organized with the ability to prioritize and very good communication and interpersonal skill.
  • Able to work under pressure and timeline.
  • Must be a flexible, decisive, and proactive problem solver
