Founded in 1994 with the registered capital of 50,000,000 baht, the Company has carried on its operations and placed emphasis on medium-to-large public utility construction which requires expertise in the management of projects and the selection of advanced technologies that are suitable for each construction type, such as steel bridge, reinforced concrete bridge, tunnel beneath the intersection, concrete-surfaced or asphaltic concrete road, public utility works, structural work, building work, dam and retaining wall, etc. The Company also works in partnership with the world’s leading construction companies i.e. Kajima Corporation and Tokyu Construction Company Limited of Japanese nationality for a project under the royal initiative of His Majesty the King i.e. industrial outer ring. In 2002, the Company sought to boost its revenue potential by diversifying into property development nearby Pakkred penta-junction and along Highway 345 with registered and paid-up capital of 625,000,000 baht.
With UNIQUE’s solid experience in carrying out several large-scale public projects, including the Red Line Project (Bang Sue – Taling Chan Section), Mass Rapid Transit (Blue Line), Chalong Rat Expressway (Ram Inthra – Outer Right Road, new Phra Nang Klao Bridge and many more, UNIQUE is confident in skillful and high experienced personnel and advanced technology in construction industry to undoubtedly and consistently construct and complete the Project within time.
In the year 2013, the Company has awarded and signed the Contract with State Railway of Thailand for the Construction of Mass Transit System Project in Bangkok (Red Line) (I) Contract 1: Civil Works for Bang Sue Grand Station and Depots. UNIQUE focuses on improving competencies by acquiring precast segment yard, sand mill and many more technologies and facilities to support near future projects. At present, the Company has registered capital Baht 1,081,016,253 (common shares: 1,081,016,253 shares and paid-up capital Baht 1,081,016,253).
